SMS Terms

These terms apply to the 4CDL Driver Jobs text-message program. 4CDL is a service operated by MAX Express INC, 250 McHenry Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089.
1. Program
4CDL Driver Jobs — text messages from 4CDL about job opportunities for CDL drivers, follow-ups about your CDL job application, and one-time account codes for signing in.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the consent box on our application form, by replying YES to our message, by turning on texts in Settings → Notifications, or by requesting a sign-in code. Consent is not a condition of employment or purchase.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
4. Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
5. Opt out and help
Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you'll get one message confirming you are unsubscribed and no more messages after that. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@4cdl.com.
6. Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
